Saturday -  Drops and tricks

 

Every now and then it’s fun to throw something a little unexpected into your dancing. It could be a flamboyant drop that makes everybody go WOW or it could be a slip and slide that has the audience wondering ‘how did they do that?’

 

During this workshop we will be covering a variety of clever, fun moves, suitable for all levels, which will enhance your repertoire and inspire your dancing. 

 

Sunday - Aerials

 

In this workshop we will look at 4-5 aerials starting with a couple of baby aerials and moving onto the more classic throws and lifts. The teaching will cover the principles of movement and balance and look closely at connection and safety.

 

The workshop will run from 12pm-3:30pm including lunchtime refreshments then an hours freestyle at the end where you can practise your new techniques and grab a dance with the teachers.
